Meditation Monday a Big Hit!

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing well and staying safe! What a week!

I had been asked to restart our Monday Group Meditations and our first session was a BIG HIT! Participants reported deep, satisfying meditations and left feeling connected to their true selves and filled with hope and positive vibes! Wow! And all this over the internet, so why not come out and try?

I didn't get the class set up for today but will be starting weekly meetings next Monday, November 16. I do hope you'll join us!
